When you can overpower and weaken your opponent that is what i am referring as assassins but that is up to the player sadly not all this classes are 100% viable in that kind of job and requires a lil more than just gear and player skills, luck lots of it >.>
Guards are not assassins they are your everyday knights destroying evil doers but yeah call them assassins to if you want xD

I saw one when I joined lms in Isen. She hid behind the npc's then started wrecking people with her xbow. Honestly speaking, I don't think half elves still need to be improved, I mean they are doing fine now.
Improve 2 or 3 skills to Scout and Ranger is very hard?
But they are so foolish they do not understand,
Is impossible for a scout can give a skill to cause real damage?
It is foolish not to admit that the archers have good damage and are murderers in all games
Here we are not only talking about the ranger or a single skill (Speed wind).
Guardian skills makes a damage 300000,
Scout with skill makes 40000, this is not balance.
Improve 2 or 3 skills to Scout and Ranger is very hard?

If you had a look at those skills they are mostly a meager ~+100% damage or a fixed amount of damage which is evil. If you manage to get killed by a zerker in group PvP then depending on your class shame on you or/and your group. Giants are the biggest of all and weaklings.. GNYU would be disappoint

Level 7 : 30% (before) -> 50% (NOW!) boost in DEX
Enchanted Arrow before is a fix damage like +11 true damage now at Level 7 : 40% Arrow and Bolt damage. Lasts 90 minutes. as BUFF
Fatal : Increased damage based on DEX.
Level 7 : After a successful critical hit, 400% (before) -> 700% (NOW) of the Dexterity is added as damage. Lasts for 90 minutes.
FOR RANGERS
Level 7 : 50% (before) -> 70% (NOW) boost in crossbow DMG, 200% (NOW) of DEX is applied as damage, 50% increased attack speed. Lasts for 120 minutes.
Level 7 : Caster's DEX is increased by 25% (before) -> 60% (NOW). Lasts for 120 minutes.
FOR SCOUTS:
Level 7 : Bow damage is increased by 50% (before) -> 70% (NOW) , and 70% (NOW) of Dexterity is applied as damage. Lasts for 120 minutes.
Ghost Arrow
Level 7 : Decreased damage received by 30% - before the skill is like a new GHOST arrow instead of the normal cast arrows having additional damage????

The changes helped not only to Half elf, is a help to all classes, but some problems still continues

or work only critical hits and skills they are RUBBISH
SKILL no equal to BUFF
AND
Guardian skills makes a damage 300000,
Dhan skill makes a damage 150000
Scout with skill makes 40000, this is not balance.
Rain shot make damage 20000 and Critical hit 50000 this is nonsense

Uh, Half Elfs can OUTRUN a dhan or guard and can hit multiple times from a distance in the time it takes a guard or dhan to so one hit. They Do Not Need OP one-shot skills. They can Kite. Guards, Templars and Dhans can't.
If you give a ranger a skill that they can hit 300K in one or 2 shots, they would be unmatched by anything. All they need to do is snipe from a distance with long-shot/winged arrow combo and do that damage from a distance, with high attack speed. There is no way to counter it. Sorry but giving ranged, mobile class that kind of pvp kill power is far to OP and unbalancing.

Archer and warrior both are murderers and must have the same damage.
Archer no need Skill with 300k only need skill 80k, Archer need kill Mages no Warrior , warrior is very hard to archer, Mage is right for kill warrior some logical, USE BRAIN

The difference is in the amount of life and defense that's all
The correct relation of classes is as follows:
Warrior - High Life - Medio damage
Archer - Medium Life - Medium damage
Magician - Low life - High damage
"Warrior -kill -Archer- kill -Mage -kill- Warrior" generally
That is all
Is so easy to balance a game, do not need be geniuses
The archer attacks distance is correct
but
Warriors have many ways to reach them (RUSH) etc etc etc
Remove all skills of ranger and just let "Speed wind", the others are rubbish skills?
