Half Elf need better Balance

If you put half the gear and IM from that templar on that scout (or any char for that matter), pretty sure it'll wreck someone at some point.

I meant to a Templar vs a Scout with same gear and the templar win, and after Elf/trinity patch it will be better, coz the Scout can no longer receive Alm, the templar skills will be increased as them to give same power like with alm.I see no point that these two class to be balanced likewise...
