1. I acctually dont bother with how it came or what happened since im simply not involved with it. I admit there were lots of private servers just wanting to do fast and easy money. However, im more interested in the acctual result, namely players being more critical towards random servers which pop out of nowhere and go like the same way. Therefore, nowadays money grabbing servers simply dont work anymore, which is more than fine. Even tho they still exists from time to time, they dont work out.

2. If you mean zRohan/XorRohan by that, I've gotta say I've enjoyed the time it was up. It was more fun than all the years I've been spending on iRohan, regardless of the fast shutdown of course. Still, it was fun all over.

The first rohan server with purely players content at heart? Possible, but not probable.
Well, believe it or not but its true. Previous servers were simply hosted by people not involved with development at all or at least ones which were just money hungry. We are not since we are all developers and we acctually want to do a change in order to provide the best experience possible. Developers which always dreamed about a professional balanced server/game wont go down the PWi path.

The only issue here is that, whereas the idea's are good, the management usually isn't. Which brings us back to iRohan or Rohan in general.
Agreed.

Im not seeing it as advertisement, those were simply troll posts. Why aint it advertisement? Simple, there is no audience over here to speak to. There wont be players turning their back on iRohan just to join a private server because some pun or backlink to a forum section which generates more traffic than PWi's facebook. After all the people around here just sank way to much money into this game to just leave it.
Take it as troll posts.
