So reply to me, who the hell it was possible that some of your guild (e2n) obtained such items? Few pages ago some PH player confirmed some guy had the shield then RMTed it. So is it finally from PH rohan or from "another version"? As u can see suddenly we can see another and yet much more powerful items which were hidden and they now are seeing dailylight because someone is finally speaking.
Anyway how do you imagine of pvping a player with 100% dd? Not being able to kill him, yet he can easly kill you. We had the same situation in the past before merge. They implemented DD CAP which resulted in some "balance", yet another example has shown up and the guy is even showing up saying he gonna sue a company because he paid a lot for it. My azz

First I dont know fron E2N members there regarding the daid shield that was rmt aside on mine and carlo who has ph items, KD is not so much talk to us in game because when they talked each other, theyre using their native arab language so I guess there none of them about that shield mentioned, Im the to first will know if carlolito has the shield ur talking about but thats impossible, to have ph items except me and carlo so far and only me,Rhaiguru and Raibanz have those shields with reflect stats and, hear me this, only xcarlolito and me only have those items except only me have glacial shield, including our weapons with matk/pattck the 3 members didnt join e2n since merge and never play because u know already the reason regarding futile sets, all of us doesnt have customized onyx with extra stats as u saw, because during in ph, onyx set is not yet implemented in ph therefore thats not ours if u saw any onyx with extra stats and never obtained from our tournament in ph, the guy u mentioned about the weapon that was confiscated before but lately rrturned by the gm because of mistakenly using cheat items, that is xcarlolitox he has a giant class thats why u saw him since hes only one active so far here, but regarding u mentioned sue the company because he payed a lot of it, thats not on my knowledge since afaik it is binded to our account and cannot be traded or else it will banned or being removed by gms as our condition since merge between gm and us 5 players who have those glacial sets with extra stats. The shield ur talking about is with my character with 25% reflect and not as 35%dd so on, yhe only have with my characters glacial set is the armir sets with 10% dd each not on the shield, based on ur screenshots we do not have those stats in our glacial shield, so if someone says that he rmtied it well obvious its not ours. If DD cap is implemented, how the hell you still cant damage him in pve? we got confusing on that part though

DD is capped at 80% IIRC, I cannot confirm if this is a weapon stats only thing or not since I obv dont own any armor with DD on it but main hand and offhand is capped at 80% this is confirmed.

Afaik it is only applied to dual wielding guardians when equiping two weapons with both dd ststs at hand to avoid dual wield conflict on guardians, as far as I know, I think because when I used my characyer online my dd total still applied since it is on my characters armor set not on the shield and of course its not a human class as you know it before.

I do not care about some carlito or something, the only giant with reflect is Hector who rmted the account of old Tiesto (jamesy on IM), he has 2 Edwins with reflect 30% and some boots with melee. Not so much ago like 1-2 months ago he was taking all of the patrols in PA by getting 0 dmg from all (KnightDreams). From the new map which was implemented first he also tanked mobs and boss on hk without getting any kind of dmg. So do not talk about the other glacial items from PH by now, but about this shield:

I answering here just to give you a clarification that only 5 of us here had a PH items that cannot be traded to other players, I dont know those items and how? only a corrupted GM can do such things offering RMT to the player with a huge amount of money of course, our items are only came from the tournament event in the philippines and nothing more. Now if youre telling me if HECTOR or ERZA or even KD had those items well Im telling you its not OURS and our PH items still in our accounts, in that case they have these OP items u qoted well why still playing in that server? its an obvious duped items?

Dont Cry buddy, im just only made a clarification regarding those OP shield circulating now, because until now I can still read ur QQ comments here since almost 2 years Im away in RBF now, as ived told you before dont blame us why these PH items made to arrive here, your GM Aztigan long ago invited us here to migrate with a condition which were supposed to rest with our servers in PH. No matter what you say too, our PH items were legally accepted, even how many times you QQ here complaining or telling many time of idiots against our items U know really what happened, we obtained our items in a competion no matter how u say crappy against our tournament at least it is the PRIZE of our sport, not just a lazy RMT dupped INDO thing and take note were not indonesians so do not attach us to them because our PH items were not a Dupped items which still u cannot accept those facts, thats why I have guts to tell our ph items existing here.

You know your problem is you think people care, noone gives a f*ck about some degenerate event/battle you won. I've won a free for all PVP event on the event server (everyone had the same gear/items)(the rewards were some boost to +15 or +18 I forgot, anyway it wasn't a R-E-T-A-R-D-E-D 100% futile attack set or any other of those ''legit PH items'') anyway who cares? Even I don't care lmao it's in the past.

As for what was decided back then about the merge, you think Atzigan/Verbean (got) left/fired out of free will lmfao? It doesn't matter what happend back then fact is since the PH merge there have been multiple indo/ph items in this game which I have never seen before that merge. Hi Kraszer, Stilgar here.

If you properly remember, few time after Jin/Ran merged, PH servers closed. Those from PH servers were offered to join Jainus with the transfer of their item through a procedure on Rohan Website. Atzigan was in charge of the transfer and reviewed all the items. I remember there were lot of rage, because some of the people from PH had DD armors. Those from PH could attain 100% DD, thats why the decision to cap the DD at 90 (or 80, don't remember) was taken by Atzigan. Because 100%DD characters makes them basically immortal except to dhan's invenom. He also took the decision to bind this type of gear to characters, so the only way it could be "traded" was a character transfer. I don't know the details about it, but for sure I know Maha and Cherish had 10% DD parts, and I highly suspect it was Verenbaen who was involved with those kind of items.

I also know that some of the indos/hacked items weren't removed because the accounts got locked before the whole investigation thing. I have seen once this shield stat from a templar who was in yellowlightz, so that's not new to me, but I though it was removed. If you look carefully to the stats, it looks like a glacial upg 2.0 club parts on which the item type was changed to a glacial shield to forge it, or were "mistakenly" restored by a GM as being upg shield parts (there comes again Verenbaen).

You're actually incorrect, some indo items have been removed.

Not all the indos items, but around 4.000 were removed when Atzigan was the GM in charge of Jainus. I know some of them weren't removed (characters locked, or sealed in EM, or gears hidden in guild treasuries with their item type changed to avoid it being discovered). Since the servers weren't logging the item type change, it could "disappear" from the logs.
