Too bad you can't see the 2008 accounts here (I have one of them). The join dates of the Rohan Originals all got rejiggered to 2011 when YNK changed the forum software from phpBB to VBulletin.

Of course there are a lot of filipinos playing Rohan, especially those who can't enter PH servers because they're OFWs or Outside the Country and if they do connect on PH server they will only experience poor network connections. anyway, Is PH still ban here upon registering?

nope. The official RohanPH was shut down, the geo block lifted and the ph players were actually bribed by YNK/PWI to come here and play (they were given some pretty pro gear to convince them) a couple years ago.
All you will find in the Philippines now is pservers.
