The rates don't vary daily, nor will your luck. The only certain thing is that your bank balance will slowely go down, if you're not tilted linear, if tilted it might go exponentially huehuehue.

The only way to increase your luck in these matters is by increasing your bank amount exponentially with your trials. The more you try, the higher the chance you get on actually winning something. That's just how probability theory works with the given variables.

Only an increase of 0.000012% (similar to the experience gains past lv 100), just doesn't show very soon.

This in contrast to submitting a ticket - where another day may just be the difference between a closed ticket or a forwarded one.
