A ruler +0 is 60 all stats.

If you wana know how much stats it is its a simple calculation.

<Grade A ring +x - 25> + 60



Lets use +16 as an example.

(135-25) +60 = 170 all stats.

First you need to combine 2 rulers with Pray of water temple item which can be won in game parlor.

Then when u have a fuzed wrath you reinforce just like every other ring armor reinforcement stone + deluxe abradant.

+16 gives 135 all stats, since this is for Artisan rings you deduct the 25 stats base on artisan and add the 60 stats base from the other ring you actually want to use this for since it's nothing else but base + added stats depending on your +. Simply exchanging the base (+0) stats for whichever base you want since different rings have different base stats.
