They have two options if they want to improve the state of the game: a) either provide means to reach endgame within a reasonable time frame AND change things so that one would not have to sell his soul to be competitive, or b) add things to do for lower levels so one can have fun right away.
If their target audience is the current small player base (who are already at high levels) then they can go ahead and continue adding new levels and boosting 115+∞ rewards.
The ideas have already been sent to the GMs is their job to decide if they do it, change it or do nothing. Complaining wont get you anywhere, try talking to them though Support maybe you have better luck in pushing your ideas.
