Half Elf (Scout) Small Suggestion for the better of the Class

I was thinking if Korean devs didn't like the specific evade chance then maybe making the Evade skill use Dex to Evasion rating like lvl7=100% Dex to Evasion. This will probably wont work in PvP situations but in PvE will be godly.


Look at my Dex 2057 if the Evasion skill was lets say 100% lvl7 Dex to Evasion then my original Evasion from 383 would be 2057+383=2440. PvE speaking that would be awesome kind of like Agi dhan, PvP speaking if the Ghost Arrow new buff was in effect lvl7 that is 50% drop in Accuracy the attacker would probably miss, probably.

I tried playing one and I'm ashamed of myself.

who is talking about private servers? If you played on one, how much did it cost you? Compare that to how much you are going to pay here.
did that private server have anything like the upgrades and crqap you see here? Did you see templars running around with 775K - 1Million melee like you see here?

If you want to pay thousands of dollars on your game, then you too can have a winning character that will just about out-power anything else. There is no such thing as "Free 2 Play". You get what you pay for. Not if you actually want to enjoy playing the game.

What you get by paying the higher price here is an up to date game with all the OP crap you can afford - more if you mortgage your house and sell your brand new BMW M3.

Whoa, what server are you in? Can you even solo those new dungeons, Warehouse, Ron INT vip room?

Scouts have way too many useless skills that doesn't work and the CDs of those skills are way too high, which make it a DOUBLE WHAMMY to the poor class! Scouts should not be a supportive role ONLY, their damages are fine as long as no one goes after them. I'd like to play Scout as a pvp but that'd be a dream! Whoever developed or designed the scout class should be fired from his position, like seriously.

Playing Scouts now a days is more of a farmer or a PA CC damage dealer than a full PvP character for the right situations. If you want to play a HalfElf class for PvP go full Ranger they are getting a 5 seconds cooldown AoE soon.

Yeah, scouts were never envisioned as a good PvP class any more than a priest is, but in PvE or support, they are damn nice.
