Welcome back, I agree with most of this list(I currently play ranger and I'm getting/got most of this list) but I would like to make some suggestions. Take a bow with critrate on it rather than DD. If you get caught as ranger you'll die, no matter if you have an upg bow with 73DD or 16DD so better focus in damage. Don''t bother making ur ranger +10 especially if you plan on joining a big guild with it and war (you'll die alot and lose %). Also upg rings (12-18) are better for ranger (12% more crit if you have 4 of em).

If you plan on being competative with the top rohan players don't make a ranger. They lack damage and they get killed really easily by temps/noirs/dhans or vit dks. Rather invest your money in one of those chars.
