With some descend gear I managed to get to -8,4k ranged (full 7's buffs, 20% alm scroll, 30% ranged lvl 7 emp) even by still using dex twins xD reaching -30k on self buffs and doing descend dmg, it's true abt the true dmg on feaths and the dex added ranged does less dmg as "atk" added dmg. Yet I have to try +18 upg rings and see if I deal more dmg with them or with +1x feaths. Sure those upg rings will add more dex and more ranged atk but the dmg they deal might differ alot. (tested with dex twins and +6 and +10 feath, gave same amount of ranged but dealt more dmg with the feaths than with the dex twins) So it's up to the % ra and % crit added on the upg rings to be sure that they're better than +12 feaths.

PS: Managed to get over 6k dex without even having a walter +6/7 or trophys and so

Thats what i was thinking too tho noone seem to have tested it with +12 or +18 UPG rings(pure damage wise compared to feathers). Considdering you have 6K dex you will do major crit damage so the extra crit (12% from 4 upg rings) added to the 5% basic crit (if thats still the same) and the 16% on your upg you hit around 33% crit which means 1/3 hits will be critical this is also one of the big advantages of the'UPG rings tho I cannot tell weather you'd deal more damage in a 10 second combo with feathers(12-18) or upg rings(12-18), too many parameters to compare

Either way ill probably go for 4x Feathers +12. UPG (Range) rings seem rare and UPG (Range) rings +18 seem super rare. Thanks everyone for their usefull comments and help
