We are aware that many players are experiencing the "Error Loading Err [GetCollisionBase]", which is causing client crashes in the Main Server.
This issue seems to be related related to certain areas in the R.O.H.A.N. Continent:

We can temporarily resolve this issue by moving your character your race bindstone requesting help from a GM.

Please contact any available GM if you're unable to access your character(s).
When reporting the issue, include:

➥ Your character name(s)
➥ The location you were in before the crash

✧ Mirror Dungeons (Sunken Sanctuary, Keura Monastery, Demonic Cave, Closed Mine)

i have this problem now i cannot even start the game and weisting time on framing....
2 of my champs are stuck

The same thing happened to me.
Try logging in with another account and go to where you left off, then start with the locked one and try to kill your character. I recommend using a Ranger so you don't get close to where the error is with the other accounts.
