hi gm, after the recent maintenance, it has been happening sometimes. I'm not sure if it's an issue on my side.

Regarding this topic:

* We’ve observed that some players are receiving error messages like the ones shown below following the recent update. These messages are part of a new system integrated into the Performance Mode (Main and Season Server). Instead of causing a crash without any notification, the client now displays these error windows when a crash occurs randomly, offering additional information to assist our team in diagnosing and knowing more about the possible cause of the crash.

* To tackle this please follow up this basic troubleshooting:

Step 1. Check Game Files
Corrupted files can cause crashes sometimes. Just to double-check, run a file integrity check through the game launcher.


* If Step 1 didn't solve the problem go to Step 2.
