As most of you know currently there are several skills that make the affected user unable to attack, use skills or use items.
Our team has verified that is a bug and it has been already reported to dev team, it will be addressed as soon as possible.
We apologize for the inconvenience as we know it severely impacts PvE and PvP in a negative way.
All rohanians are important to us and for that reason we are working nonstop to address this issue.
