I know about rings etc but I just wanted to know the max % cause if I forge something its close to max stats or is max stats. Same for acc and all other stuff. Go max or go home

Agree, there is absolutely not point to settle with less stats or lower tier gear, you'll just waste your money coz you'll later on have to get a better version of something you already got...

Just check shops and calculate the max. possible melee using the highest melee % you can find on a single weapon part.

Parents had to settle with mediocre, no reason to change that now I guess.
