But they took away the easy trip there (no GH icon on the right of the screen). Now you have to map-jump to ahres harbor (annoying!! but the same thing yopui have to do to go to your home town home). At least the kept the price at 0 crones to get there and the trip is instant rather than waiting 20 seconds.

How is it free? Ive been porting there and paying. Unless Im porting to the wrong bind? I go to the one that used to have the newbie gifts. lol

P.s (No, I wasnt awake at that ungodly hour when you pmed me the other day haha I frequently leave my char/s up some hill top away from mobs and go afk and then sometimes forget to log off. I'm kinda shocked she hasn't been pked yet lol

If you set the bind there as your chosen bikndstone and if you are a wiz/lock you can port you and your party there for free with their porting skill. The powers that be really buggered that skill up when they took away the portal stones. It ports to only go to a single destination - your respawn point.

Personally I can't see much value to putting more than one (or any) point in it. It seems that each point only reduces casting time rather than adding function (i.e. free hop to any bind not just the respawn one). Using the map the porting is instant unless you are being attacked.
