Depending on the purpose of your question, you might be asking the wrong question....Doing tonns of damage doesn't nessecarily make a character good. If you ask me what's the best pvp char for 1 v 1's, I'd say a Warlock without doubt. Warlocks don't nearly have the most dmg or most damage/time but their skillset and damage output together make them the top 1 character in 1 v 1's.

To answer your question, if you only look for 1 v 1 damage, executed the way you proposed it there's two options 1. Agi avenger or 2. Agi predator Vs. multiple opponents an agi predator will do, by far, the most damage, an agi avenger however will deal way more damage in a 1 vs. 1 situation.

Main reason why warlocks are OP in pvp, they can always deal the first hit, which is at max lvl, max gear pretty much your death sentence.
