I got a wiz now with Walter plus 7 and a staff 209 pay 8/10 33 dd and with two rings plus 12 and chimeras old set I can solo mirror no issues on wizards so imagion plus 18 upgrades

Wiz has this skill before name "Weakness" and this update patch is REBUILD
as I remember its only 12% decrease to your opponent's max HP and MP before and cool down of 30 secs.
as update comes the SKILL now has Decreases the target's Max HP and MP by 15% for 15 seconds.

this is small info for wiz...

This 15% is only level 1 skill

get 2 +12 rings they super cheap if its IPV its 100 int/psy/vit if its insurgent chain its 87 all stats. But keep your psy twins they are still the best :P

crafted rings not boss drops knuffles :P

a +12 IPV should be like 10k and insurgent chain 8k cuz its weak a f for temps but a lot of ppl made them.

That's upg grings, if you talk about bossdrops +18 they get sold for 80-90k ECASH or if its not a feather +18 but another bossdrop+18 they are only RMT'ed or traded vs multiple valuable items coz they go over the 99k Ecash cap in value. And the GM's keep wondering why so many people RMT lol.....
