is there any limit of promo codes redeemed per IP?

i try to redeem the login compensation code with an account and it says "Internal Error" i could redeem the code with this account but i try with another one and is impossible, and today i tell someone about the code and he just went to the forum click on the link and redeem his code and i just cant! any suggestion?

you can only use those promo codes at the account you got it on, you only get a code if you logged in at the time of the issue. if you did both and it doesnt work, send a ticket
