its x-mass, wait another day or so, you will receive them I assume. I don't buy RP's but I guess it being x-mass might be the issue.

You should contact your payment gateway and not the GM's. But usually you need to wait 24-48 hours for your RP's to be released to your account.

Did I sound mean? :> I'm just saying what GM's responded to me a few months ago. and yes it's true, they can't fix it simply because they don't have records for billing account. The transaction is exclusively between the customer and the payment gateway. So instead of wasting time writing tickets to GM team just contact the payment gateway to know what the f is wrong with the transaction.
