Hi, I'm new to the server, stopped playing in 2011 in another official server (a moment before the crafting and gathering update).
first of all, why can't I create a new thread? how many post count do I have to achieve to create a thread?

You should always be able to create new threads to my knowledge it's not dependent on your post count.
