Star of Victory is a tittle that gives 100 stat, 6k HP, 100 atk to the character just like a talisman but it takes time to get it because you have to get the lower stat Titles first one after another till you get to Starr of Victory and play Survival Arena, Power Arena and Clashing Valley to get the Brave or Victory Badges.

After the server merges there was an account wipe where accounts that haven't logged in for 1yr or more got everything deleted. So GL getting your stuff back. You should buy a new character, 115 ones are kind of cheap without titles and ok-ish gear is cheap but crones are way inflated so farming crones is hard rather buy them on EM they are cheap there to.
