    They wont assist you , they will tell you to deal with the method that u paid : Exemple if you paid with paypal you have to contact them. Same time happened to me yesterday , my rps didnt load , they took my money and now im fighting with the company that i paid with to get my rps.

    Im happy to hear im not the only one that happenned.
