Bug- No NPC,no Warp,no player

I get stuck with this bug. Anyone or gm have solution for this, it is so annoyed

This is a known issues, they are trying to fix it (hopefully)
The bug occurs if you have a slow computer or slow internet. Use CCleaner to clean your computer

Some of the players were able to fix the issue by running the game as an administrator and yes, just what iloveyouxx said, most of the players affected by this bug are the ones with slow and unstable internet connection. Other simply made an exception in their firewalls and security softwares for Seal Online.
