Hotkey bug (unable to change)

I haven't been able to change my hotkey settings for a long time now. And even when I try to change it on another computer it keeps saying "duplicate key error" because it keeps resetting to default or however it was set to before the bug. I know you guys are aware of this problem but my question here is when the heck are you guys gonna fix this? It's been months since this issue came up, wtf you guys been doing after all these maintenance?

I have the same problem with hotkey. suppose to be fixed but ynk doesnt change.
