    Pet Death

    Dear GM,

    My pet died while on a feeding bag. I have since submitted a ticket and I hope my ticket can be reviewed. Thank you.

    So how guys, anyone has a similar experience? I submitted a ticket but so far nothing has been done, nor have I received any messages from the GM.

    Does the GM even review the tickets and read the forum ??

    RIP poor little pet.
    How many days has it been since u sent the ticket? From my past experience, it takes about THREE days for GM to reply.
    Also, for the pet feeding bag, maybe u ran out of food? I have never used before but the bag just helps u feed even if u r AFK. U must hunt for the stacks of food yourself from what I know.
