bindstone quests

hi ppl
i have got a problem with these new updated quests. when i complete the quest, i dont get any reward and it appears like there's a item in my inventory :s

1. Did you already have something of the same element in your inventory? Alchemist Life Stones and Alchemist Stat Stones are the same element, as are the exp seal from the bindstone and the one you get from GH.

2. Are you sure that item in your inventory isn't the reward? ...

3. Can you clarify what you're trying to ask?

it seems that i have something invisble in my inventory so it wont let me use that inventory slots and it gives me this message "insuficient space in my inventory" and when i complete the quests appears a message saying like not invalid item type

take out the invisible things in your inventory if you don't need the items, you can see them by hovering your mouse over the visually empty slots, it will then show you whether or not something is in it. Happens from time, it's in your inventory but you just can't see it.
