Speaking of me or my team of GM's character when very few of you have taken the time to actually have a conversation with me/them makes you come off as extremely ignorant, which again saddens me. Do you think I went and lowered the rates? What benefit do I get out of upset players? If you guys want change, to improve the game in the future to the way you would like, COMMUNICATING with me will do you worlds better then COMPLAINING about me. I'm still going to keep doing my thing regardless, but at least with one of those situations we'll be able to work together to make the game better instead of separately.

    Well no offense bud but you came in like you were gonna be the best thing for Rohan and then setup a event to get people to forge stuff and completely lowered the rates. Like we've had suspicions that you guys have been doing this, but now we have evidence. We can see the rates under SP and we know you guys disabled it. So now we have proof. So stop being a scrub and trying to milk players for more money. We know you're promising BS and providing more scams. We actually have the proof after all these years this time.

    Also for Karazy since you said its all negative, heres something I wrote, doubt it'll make a change but hey, you can't say ''it's all negative''

    Summary:

    Topics:

    - Achievement System (bugs + too costly):
    The new system is really bad, it only gives you a small ammount of points for some daily things while the prices of the items you can buy with those points are sky high (basically you're holding a lollipop in the face of a baby but his arms are too short to ever reach it). Lower the ammount of points needed for items like ''Ancient Skill Enhancement Stone'' and add other items like the Fashion Patterns or Scrolls which are actually usefull.

    - Item mall RP vs Ecash:
    The difference between the Item Mall prices in Ecash and RP are too big. I assume its done to make players spend $ to buy RP instead of using ecash and to solve the Ecash (EM) inflation crisis but its not working (it might be for the ''make players buy RP'') but its not working to improve this game nor is it slowing the inflation down.

    - Cheaper prices in IM in general:
    In general i think you should go for quantity (if prices of items are lower more people will buy those items and I think more people would spend a little money to buy some items) let me explain this further.........:

    If you ask 2-3 dollar for just one stone that enhances one skill for 30 days people might buy 1 or 2 stones but that's it. if you just let them pay 1 dollar each stone they'll but more (because it's cheap after all) and i think they'd even buy more than just 2 or 3 stones but maybe 10 because they are only 1 dollar anyway and most classes need around 8-10 of those to be good so youd eventually make more profit as well.

    - Rohan Events (mostly too costly or bad for either long time players or newcommers):
    All those events that give insignificant items or rewards just DELETE them. Come up with some good events which have good rewards (like the rewards for the current ''return to rohan event'')

    I would base the requirements for (new) events on:
    - login points
    - pvp point
    - hunt points

    This way any player, new or old, well geared or crappy geared can participate and gain good rewards which will help him on his journey (no matter at which point of his journey he is at the moment)

    - (online)Events Badly managed (players cheat):
    I don't participate in events hosted by GM's anymore like PVP events or things like that. People killed me using bugs, people revived others to debuff or kill me and so on all under the supervision of GM's doing nothing to prevent it. I lost trust in the GM's capability to manage these events and it only got me frustrated. Do something about this and punish those who cheat (I'd say just de-lvl them after they gotten a warning) and ofcourse hire competent GM's that can do something more than spam their ''in notepad pasted event messages''

    - EM Inflation:
    I have no solution for this problem, I don't study economy and I can't really imagine how to deal with a micro-economy and how to do what to change the inflation rate on items. All I can say is this has to be changed if you want to lure new players to this game and keep them here because the current prices are skyhigh for newcommers.

    - Game Parlor Games etc. Bad Rates (rohan isn't a casino):
    I never liked the game parlor, its made for you to lose (90% of the time you invest more money by using the game parlor rather than just buying the items you want on the EM or IM). If you want people to gamble, make it rewarding and give them a fair chance or just delete all this bull****.

    - Adjust Rohanopoly (coins and rewards):
    Rohanopoly was a really good initiative when it first started. Currently the rewards on Rohanopoly are crap (yes really I cry about how bad the rewards are lol). Again just put USEFULL option stones in there, Ancient Skill Enhancement Stones, Fashion patterns etc.

    Also everyone above lvl 50 should be able to receive 1 coin a day WITHOUT the need to play for a few hours. Put the playtime restriction on other events. this one should have non (and make rohanopoly permanent available for all players on the game parlor instead of shutting it on and off.

    Another option would be to place less desirable rewards in rohanopoly BUT put Silver/Gold Coins in there (with a proper propability to win) so players can use those to trade them for the nice items you can get from the NPC's in game.

    Last option would be to receive new tokens or coins with NEW npcs that give out NEW rewards(make it GOOD rewards that any player needs and can use so it doesnt just favour a certain group of people, you have to adress all to receive attention from all).

    Those tokens or coins should be able to be earned with:
    - Rohanopoly
    - In general any Game Parlor catogory
    - Doing (special)quests in game
    - Joining online events
    - Joining offline events
    - achievement system
    etc.

    - Better quest sequence (with good rewards):
    Make new quests for 115 (I'd say a long storyline quest seqence for all classes with nice rewards, if you finished all the quests you should be able to receive a final quest with as reward 4 (BOUND TO THE CHARACTER so it doesnt influence the EM too much) rings with stats equal to lets say 4x Feathers of Goddess Silva (Wood) +6 or something like that to give every player the opportunity to get some rings that make him (slightly) viable in farming and pvp.

    - Isen server is useless (abandoned):
    ISEN server is abandoned, I would suggest a merge or something else because its really pointless to keep it up like this.

    - Better ingame forging, Refining + ing rates(permanent):
    Make the rates on Forging/Refining etc. better. Don't host events just increase them permanently. And don't change them behind a players back, this is what is happening and it makes people quit (including me)

    - Nerf classes:
    Currently there are only a few viable classes in PVP
    -INT Templar
    -STR Avenger
    - STR Noir
    - VIT Dragon Knight

    Either Increase the pvp power of other classes or decrease the pvp power of the current classes. With the high DD on 4X upg weapons templars did get nerfed (compared to vit dekans whos damage ignores DD) but they are still really strong. STR Avenger and VIT Dragon Knight can put out insane burst damage in a really short ammount of time with which no other class can compete.

    I'm not really sure myself how to balance/change this. I think by changing some items alot of these problems can be fixed.

    - Nerf Items:
    As I always said, It's not really the skillset of a class that makes a certain class OP it mainly is their ability to boost their stats with certain items. I'm talking about Templars but also the other main pvp classes that can use 50% scrolls. using those is RETARDED. it boosts ur melee/Magic/Ranged to inifinity and makes you able to kill anything in a few hits (ignoring pdf and hitting through 70% dd weapons like its butter). I would vote to DELETE all 50% scrolls of any kind (HP, Magic attack, Melee Attack, Ranged Attack) (ofcourse giving a royal compensation to the players who (still) have those). Put an NPC in the Jainus server that sells 10% scrolls (of all kinds just like in ISEN) for crones. Put 20% scrolls in the Item Mall and 30% scrolls as a rare item in certain events (or as reward from the new system I proposed above). 30% should be MAX what you can boost any stats or stats inflate too much and it totally outbalances. Also make it only possible to either use Magic OR melee OR Ranged, so templars dont benefit from dual stats as ONLY class.

    Main goals

    - Earn players trust back:
    This can be done by giving frequently honest and good events with good rewards(offline and online events). If something is changed it should ALWAYS be announced in game and on the forum and on the main website so everyone is informed. Don't expect players to immidiatly be happy and trusting. Gonna take ALOT of time to get ur playerbase happy because its been way too long that we've faced any good changes.

    - get more people to play rohan/come back to rohan (and KEEP them here):
    You're doing a good job to lure players back but a bad job at keeping them here. If all the (above) mentioned points would be executed I'm sure more new people will stay

    - keep the current players happy and sustain them:
    By giving good events with rewards usable by noobs and pros you can keep the playerbase happy. If the game would be more balanced and it would be cheaper to maintain your character that would even make them happier.

    People always bring this up. "This class is OP, that class is OP, etc." It's all because of Pure Attack. (This is like my what, 50th time bringing it up?) You all know, or should know what it is. There's two types of Melee/Ranged/Magic Attack, Inflated and Pure. Pure Attack/Defence is the white number that you see when you hover your mouse over a Weapon or Armor. The green bonus stats that you see are Inflated. It is weaker than Pure. If you put in 500 points of Str on a character, it will gain 1500 Inflated Melee. If you give a character a weapon with 1500 Damage, it will gain 1500 Pure Melee. The difference between these two are HUGE. Well, anybody can get a lot of Pure Attack now, so how is it unfair to some classes?...

    Because some classes are 1., built around having a LOT of defense, and 2. some classes DON'T benefit from Pure Attack. 2.: Let's say you have a Full Str Guard against a Full Dex Guard. Let's say the Str Guard hits 350 and the Dex Guard crits 1.2k. If you give them 4 31's SDV, the Str Guard will start hitting, let's say 520, and let's say the Dex Guardian starts critting 1.6k. This is fair because they both get a fair boost in damage. If you give both of them 4 Flame Diamonds (30 All, 200 Attack), then the Guardian will start hitting around 750, and the Dex Guard will STILL be doing around 1.6k crits, with MINIMUM damage. The problem is squarely in your face, people. The Str Guardian gets TWO boosts, while the Dex Guardian only gets one. A Str Dhan will get TWO boosts in damage, while the Agi Dhan only gets one... then there's Templars who can get two boosts + the BM conversion and all that other crap, but I'm not getting into that.

    Then there's 1. Some classes are build around having a lot of defense. Let's say you have a Str Defender with a Shield and using Ward, fighting a Str Dhan. Normally, the Str Dhan would struggle to even get you to half your HP because of your high pdef, and you'd struggle to kill the Dhan because you can't use skills. Nowadays, EVERYbody has over 1.5k Attack easily. It's like nobody is even wearing armor. Instead of the fight being a stalemate, now the Str Dhan just one-shots the Defender and it's over. Back in the day, if you were a Str Dhan fighting a Ranger, you had a chance to kill him. When he used SS+SW, you could sometimes release from PR, Sprint, and Death Call him before you died. Nowadays, all it takes is about 5 hits and you're dead, or 1 MS and 1-2 regular hits. When everybody has a ****-ton of Pure Attack, defense doesn't matter, because it takes so little to kill a person. This is why people stopped playing classes build on survivability (Str Dekan, Guardian, Defender) and started playing classes that could get the first shot off.

    It's like this: everybody has a ****-ton of Pure Attack, so no matter what you pick, you WILL die if you get hit. So... people start playing classes that DON"T get hit as much, Rangers can just run away with WF, and Dhans can hide. Templars are different because they have DN+Reflection, and Full Vit Dekans are well, FULL VIT. It's like that scene from the movie "The Hurt Locker". It's about a man who defuses bombs in a suit in either Iraq or Afghanistan, can't remember. In one scene, he comes across a bomb that is sooo powerful, that it would kill him instantly with, or without the suit. He takes off the suit so that he can move freely, and can easily run in the case of danger. It's like the bomb represents all the Attack that people have now, when he has the suit on he's a Str Guardian, and without the suit he's a Ranger. All this Attack, combined with Heroic Power, makes people hit so goddamn hard nowadays that it forces you to pick whatever can't get hit, or has immunity to stuns/roots.

    The fact that there is Inflatable and pure melee isn't something that you can change(in my opinion)......Thats why I din't bring it up. Like 90% of the playerbase are players that play one of the classes I named above (since those are the only viable ones in PVP). Meaning if you change lets say all attack to ''inflated melee/ranged/magic'' loads of people will get seriously pissed off (because they worked hard and payed a ****load of cash to get that one Feather+18 which is now nerfed to infinity). This will probably result in an even bigger wave of people quitting which is not something I intend to have on my conscience. Althrough I do agree with you that for example templars get OP due to pure attack, I do not see the solution to this problem lie in the simple fact to change it. Inflated/Pure attack is so intertwined with the core of this game that I do not see a simple solution to this......

    - EM Inflation: imo Atzigan solved it before go out of the company... make a new category of pstone... but, imo they should be some quest for get these for lower gear as no new player base income anyway it would be at least something if ppl only seek for F2P no need economy quests in this game are always made for groups or big guilds or big farmers that are full IM so anyway they will end up buying these Preservation stone on IM.
    - Rohan Events: when Vasilisa make an event it always end up with cheating or false informations, even in questionning event, she doesnt even know her own answers and should use wikipedia or google to be sure of the answer before make someone win when she doesnt know the answer...

    No point to make wall of text, should just do like old GM Tarrask, quit YNK/PLW and make his own pserver lolz at least some of them are balanced...

    - EM Inflation: imo Atzigan solved it before go out of the company... make a new category of pstone... but, imo they should be some quest for get these for lower gear as no new player base income anyway it would be at least something if ppl only seek for F2P no need economy quests in this game are always made for groups or big guilds or big farmers that are full IM so anyway they will end up buying these Preservation stone on IM.
    - Rohan Events: when Vasilisa make an event it always end up with cheating or false informations, even in questionning event, she doesnt even know her own answers and should use wikipedia or google to be sure of the answer before make someone win when she doesnt know the answer...

    No point to make wall of text, should just do like old GM Tarrask, quit YNK/PLW and make his own pserver lolz at least some of them are balanced...

    the changes are easy to makes its just some rates in the skill, rework heroic as it gives should gives something useful but not "too much" as 5-25% pdef/mdef boost and 3-20% first attribute boost (they coded it for Arcane Mastery so why not ?)
    it would make tanks classes at least does theyr job and templar loses the all attack buffs, solve ticks problems.

    then change blunt as it stack with magic attack only (the buff) so the melee added by stuff and drop will be fixed and added after the effect (as rumir buffs stack with other buffs but doesnt have snowball effect)

    then nerf Rear Blast, Ffs, Dffs, storm assault and dpp (the old cd was fine as it was no need so low cd) also nerf silence time as u can't pouch/silence chain combo (i mean wtf 15 -> 40 seconds lvl 6 to 7 ? rofl plz I think 18-20 seconds lvl 7 is kinda fair)
    also change mana drain and health drain on dhans so it drains mana and hp based on str & agi, at least, would be better since with upg and all stats rings all got 20k mana anyway and it doesnt drain anything cause its based on lvl so max (125 x8, 130 for pred) ?
    the rates of 50% lvl 1 to 300% lvl 7 based on str and agi should be to try as it would drain 6 or 7k or maybe more and 25% to 150% agi+str on hp drain would be fair too

    just some idea but well its not my job to fix this game

    U wrong here... the major problem is the greedyness of PlW/YNK that made players being greedy and make theyr own business to afford this game once Karazy/YNK/PLW would open his/theyr eyes
    I dont make drama, I dont want make him banned (I think if he is he would just suicide rl) I just want all face the thruth that the problem in this game is the economy system is just broken as **** due to something I said in my previous post : the Rush to milk

    PlW sell only best stuff temporary as only best guilds that make lost of cash/ecash (see how many got abs set in Lucid when only a few in E2N ? explain me why that happend lolz) get it ? Whats the point of that ? No point expect destroy the ingame economy and make still same ppl being on top and make impossible new players to join the game cause they wont spend 700/800$ for pixels (I mean who ever would spend 800$ for pixels ? exept some exeptions that got no life as kraben)

    Also best exemple is now knew as Warehouse : only big guilds full geared can farm there... and armors are sold for overpriced prices on EM

    Ur not wrong about the PW moneymilking that rohan has Always been doing and will Always do but honestly thats not something you can change (if you can change anything at all) its ingame related stuff and not their main economical strategy. The example you used was disrespectful and also pointless. You come off as a frust thats jaleous of the big guilds. It's like being mad at your neighbour for making alot of money while you can barerly afford your monthly needs, well suck it up thats life. There will Always be big guilds, one will replace another and so on. Maybe the system behind this is bad and the RMT is bad but its plain stupid to take one individual out and try to toast him on the forum(even tho it's for your points purpose). Also being mad over this whole thing is just silly because this is a principle you find back everywhere, not just in rohan.....
