Some kind of retard (I mean who calls himself Nawal LOL) which people like to make forum topics about it seems lmao. I saw a char ingame called Na(r)wal, seemed like a douche (like most people in rohan lol, althrough there are some really nice ones).

After doing a thorough research into this subject in Google Translate I managed to find the following meanings for a nawal:
(Russian) навал: bulk, the mass or magnitude of something large.
(Polish) nawał: lots, multitude; press
(Kannada) ನವಲ್: Naval
(Hindi) नवल : naval
(Japanese) なわl: Snare l
(Greek) ναβαλ: Nabal. [after searching what might Nabal be (query "greek Nabal") lots of references came up claiming it means "fool", "foolish" or "stupid"]
(Chinese) 纳瓦罗: Navarro
(Bengali) নাবাল: malaltaj [wiktionary.org says that is plural of malalta, which means "low" or "short"]
The closest to "nawal" comes the Polish word, which agrees with the Russian word suggesting it might be: bulk, the mass or magnitude of something large, lots, multitude, press (perhaps as in pressed down by the weight of that mass). Of course that does not mean a nawal could not be one of the other meanings, or a combination thereof such as a bulky short fool from navy, for example. Or it could be an awfully misspelled form of narwhal, as some people in this forum speculate.
