Yeah I saw on EM a Glac Bow with 90% Ranged atk probably to compete with Crafted Weapons still the rates in this server are really bad you will have to no life it compared to Jainus not as much but you still do more in Jainus than Isen with same time spent

These could also be from past events in which GM's used to boost the green stats on parts which made you able to reach higher % than usual.
