    I think they have level requirement. Anyway to OP, join an active guild other than E2n & Lucid. These 2 guilds are KOS'ing each other. You'll be killed 24/7 and there's no way for you to level. Join PVP guilds when you're ready, level wise and equipment wise. Also since I noticed that guild mates are sharing stuff and accounts, I advise not to participate in this act even if you've become "online best friends" with them because no one would be able to help you once someone steal your accounts and items. Even the GM's can't. Here's the post in case you're not aware:
