    This depends what you mean with ''adding like +''

    - For everything which uses Armour/Weapon Reinforcement stones if you fail, your item breaks instantly. That's why you need Abrands
    - To + weapons/armour you can safely + up to +5, after this failure means your items breaks instantly
    - To + Chimera accesorys you need to use the recycle system, your items will never break no matter if you fail or succeed
    - To + Walter medals you need to use the recycle system and if you fail you lose 1/2 walter medals that were used
    - To + Talismans you need to use the recycle system and when you + higher than +3 you have a chance to break your Talisman, you can however also get the same grade talisman back as which you started with.

    ...and crafted weapons/armors/accs break after +3 if you fail. The higher you plus it the higher the chance to break it without preservation ofc.
