    it's hopeless dude, ive been sending many tickets. GM replied that i only online for 50hours eventhough i'm positive i have logged in for more that 100hours.
    Also my brother has login 3hours+ a day (total 70+hours) and dont get the 50hrs prize eventhough he gets the golden chest coupon everyday to prove that he has login for 3hours.
    Too bad the system didn't even record that.

    i thought it was just me that has this issue... Turns out many players got this issues
