    I don't use VPN at all

    this issue has been in this game for 2~3 years

    everytime I send the ticket, they always say they will report to the engineer

    Maybe try using a VPN to counter is. I've yet to face that issue since I'm using a VPN to have a better connection to the server.

    I suggest, Exitlag or WTFast if you want to try using either to attempt to temporarily disable that problem.

    but this issue is not the player's problem, it's the game's problem

    and GM's team or engineer's team has to fix it
