    Red face Note: Pet Restoration

    Hello Shiltizens!


    Please be informed that when your pet dies, you can use this information to send it through a ticket so that GM team can restore your pets.
    Take into account that unfortunately there will be no restorations through this platform.
    We will be waiting for your tickets.
    Please, know that you could experience some delay in support, tickets and Facebook processes.

    We kindly ask for your patience, conscience, and gratitude. Our team is doing the best in order to give the best solutions for our players.

    Hello, I understand GMs are working hard for this, and I'm thankful, but if we had to wait for quite some time just for a message to be sent to our mail in game.........
    are there no way to do separate subjects on the ticket section? since there's only 1, all regular and urgent problems are mixed,

    I know this will get reply after probably days......, but if you ever read this, I hope the GMs would consider making support section for certain needs such as
    1 for reporting cheaters/abusers;
    1 for Item malls such as pet revivals that needed faster response; and
    1 for game technical issues.

    and with GMs working on each support section so that they are separated and easier to manage, otherwise all tickets would pile up in one place
