It doesn't matter if it makes sense or not. Try it and you'll see a huge difference.

Mortal Rising actual effect does not reflect its skill description. There are other things that doesn't make sense in this game... until you try it.

Alright, I'll wait for the HE update then. If it's worth it afterwards still, I'll shuffle around my skill points for sharp melee.

You guys were right, sharp melee is working for real. Switched the sp already since my 7s ran out.
