Also the Holy Knight costume body part is on the IM but not the head part? Seems kinda weird to have an incomplete set.

I'm not sure about the names of the other 2 ballroom gowns, but the yellow one is called Dazzling Party Dress.

Are you referring to these costumes? They do look like variations of the Holy Knight costume. The White Nun/Trinity Coat costume was available on Origin's IM as well as the Trinity Ushanka. I know I've seen people with a permanent version of the black Trinity Ushanka on game that was from the old costume box event sale a few years ago:
