This is beautiful but it makes me sad that I cant even recognize them anymore. Its like they all lost their innocence during the accident and were reincarnated into 3 different people. Of the 3 the only one that looks somewhat like they did before is sojung (who needed facial reconstruction surgery IIRC) ashley and zuny look like two different people however.

Even this song that was on autoplay right after feels the same way!

I know what you mean.They got so much hate from "fans" cause they were expected to comeback with a bubbly, fun concept. These girls honestly deserve so much more.

K-pop in general gets so much bad rep when it delivers surprisingly lots of symbolism and care beneath the appearance.
Here's an example of one of my favorite songs from Red Velvet- this MV depicts the Sewol incident in Korea a few years back:
