There is not a minimun level required to participate and get your prize. Remember that the item will be sent to your cash item bank and some of them will be sent to the character who logged 1st on that day.
Take into account that these items are not tradeable. And for the ultimate prizes, these will be sent right after the October 9th Maintenance on the 1st character who log.

I have one account with highest character level 48, didn't receive the first-day prize

but another account with highest character level 51 got the first-day prize

to get the costum and sell it in game for each 100million cegel maybe id level can get the bonus daily login!!!
But too many abuser.. 5000 id x 100.000.000

GM said there is no Level require at the first then someone did some tests prove there is level 50 at least

but GM never admit their mistakes, just change what they said before
