    You don't have to make thread on forum. No GMs takes care of the forum. Once you sent a ticket, you have to wait a few days for them to reply. Especially, it's the weekend for them.

    Im just shocked to got block after bought Items.
    i dont really understand it.
    something went really wrong, they don't even give me the reason though.
    Today is 5th days my account has been blocked.
    GM response is slow to reply my mail like they dont care at all.
