If it's ported exactly from the Korean (I think it's Korean?) version, then it's definitely crone tax on shops. Since pretty much everything else in the game is the same as that version, I will assume it's crone tax here as well.

That would result in an huge imbalance and totally fk the server with no way to fix this.
