    The fact a GM answers here and in no other threads makes it only harder to believe it really happened. Sounds like someone is good friends with him and asked this favor to cover up the big scam.

    maybe if you reach certain "Vip" lvl you get extra bonus for guild? or can ask favours? but hey it's your middle name "pay2win" so you should know
