Permanent 36 Bags are the most you will fin in game. Larger ones are timed and on IM, I think.

Correct me if I'm wrong, they have events that will summon bosses right? In Monster Mash and the Battle of the Gods.

Fire temple bosses respawn 71+1 random hour.
