Get Vit Twins(Earth) on those 2 slots for survival but if you want(at level115) deal a little more damage with Judgement go with Psy and Int Twins. You'll be easy to kill by all other players but you'll be able one shot mobs and your Mental Barrier will be a little bit stronger. Artisan accessories help to but those are hard to find :l
