First things first:

1. This thread is 9 months old. Any event that was on in September 2015 is long finished.
2. This is NOT an official thread placed here by the GMs. The person who created this thread was BANNED. I am not sure why the GMs allowed this thread to hang around since there is no event for this now.

hOW YOU DO THAT?

Click that button
paste the URL of the image itself (it will end in .jpg, .gif or .png). DO NOT not put in a link to a web page that ends in .htm, .html or .asp. Right click the image, copy the image location and paste it in the box that pops up asking you for the url to the picture.
That's it.

If you still do not understand, quote this response and look at what is between the IMG - /IMG
