That's upg grings, if you talk about bossdrops +18 they get sold for 80-90k ECASH or if its not a feather +18 but another bossdrop+18 they are only RMT'ed or traded vs multiple valuable items coz they go over the 99k Ecash cap in value. And the GM's keep wondering why so many people RMT lol.....

No difference in EM. EM treats rps the same as ecash which means if you got no ecash, you are paying full value in bought RPs ($€¥£₡Q﷼₭ден₮₱฿kr₩ - pardon if missed anybody's money ). And EM ALWAYS drains your RPs first.
