That armor has attack +100 All status +20 and defense +50

And thats obsolete compared to what we have now. Its not free costume u still gotta deal with the abysmally low drop rate and rng spawn rate behind the 2 phoenixes and kasa. And ofc if it did come back id run evermore quest every week to keep a monopoly on helmets. (I cant beleive I sold 5 of those helmets for 6k-10k rps how dumb can you be!)

Whew.. I guess someone badly needed it.... SOME or just someone has money to pay for those items but try to think of it... NO one is wearing it these days
