You could just get a Debit Card (as opposed to a reg credit card if thats what you were meaning?) linked to your bank account and then linked to your pay pal. If they have/ use them over there?

Instead of being like a credit card where you essentially borrow and have to pay back from/to some1 else, the debit card just debits funds from your own bank account.

I find the debit card much safer than using a credit card.
