Isen itemmall problem

Hello i have bought a all stat reset but it doesnt show up anywhere and i restarted the client.

you bought it at the wrong item mall, make a character at jainus and check your item mall there

Most likely that is the one that happen in there.
Just hook up GM's with a ticket and I think you can request to transfer the items.
Do not worry, I've experienced someone who have done this and Gm's transferred his item.

@OP You should send a ticket instead of posting here specially when it comes to missing in-game items, the community can't help you restore them.
