So how do you know if you never fukkin talked to them, raised the issue and not waled away after the first automated response? You CAN discuss it with them in the ticket system. That is how it works. Or are you too stupid to figure that out?

Nobody says the problem is resolved until YOU AGREE THAT IT IS. If you walk away after the first time they tell you "it is not a problem" and don't continue with the issue, they you are agreeing with them.
